January 3, 2012 – Cobourg, Ontario, CANADA – ADL Insulflex, Inc has achieved LNE certification for Aerostyle Pyrojacket® Firesleeve. LNE is the primary governing body for the fire testing of components used in European high speed trains and subway systems.
ADL Insulflex Vice President & General Manager, Steve Allan commented that LNE certification will primarily add additional assurance to protecting mission critical equipment in high temperature environments.
“Achieving LNE certification gives Pyrojacket® users additional assurance of total flame and fire resistance,” explained Allan.
Aerostyle Pyrojacket® is the world’s only thermal protection firesleeve to achieve UL certification and VW-1 Flame Resistance rating. Aerostyle Pyrojacket® is also certified by Germanischer Lloyd, UL, MSHA, SAE AS1072E.
