Thermosleeve™ B
When you need heavy-duty insulation, you can count on Thermosleeve™ B fiberglass sleeves. Constructed of heavy wall braided glass fiber sleeving, it provides economical, high-performance hose and cable protection where exposure to molten splash, oils or moisture is not a factor.
Fiber Sleeve with Cost-Efficient, High Temperature Performance
When you are working with high temperatures, you need the right materials that can provide adequate protection and insulation. Thermosleeve™ B is a heavy wall braided glass fiber sleeve capable of operating at a continuous temperature of 1000°F (538°C). High bulk fiber construction gives excellent insulation properties, and the texturized, untreated construction allows Thermosleeve ™ B to exhibit excellent dielectric strength and a low thermal conductivity.
Use Thermosleeve™ B alone or in combination with Other Products
Along with its exceptional performance under high temperatures, you can also appreciate Thermosleeve™ B fibreglass sleeve for its versatility. Thermosleeve™ B can be used by itself, or under other sleeve products (such as PYROJACKET®, PYREFLECT™ or SILICAFLEX™) to significantly boost insulation values at modest cost.
Thermosleeve™ B is Available in a Choice of Grades
We offer our high performance Thermosleeve™ B fiberglass sleeve in a choice of options. Thermosleeve ™ B is available in 2 grades: 1/8″ (3.2 mm) wall thickness or 1/16″ (1.6 mm) wall thickness.
