I’ve been involved in the sales operations with ADL Insulflex, Inc. for 19 years. I love finding solutions for those applications that may not be off the shelf, helping our customers stay ahead of the curve. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to day-to-day sales, new business development, and product development.
When not working with my team here at Insulflex, I can be found on our family farm with my wife Lisa—raising our three kids.
I started working for ADL Insulflex, Inc. as a Material Handler back in 2018. I was able to learn and perform various roles in our manufacturing plant, including Shipping, Receiving, and Product Manufacturing. With all this knowledge, I was given an opportunity to join the Sales Team. As a Technical Sales Representative, this variety of knowledge has proven to be of great benefit to our customers.

I am the newest member of the Sales Team here at ADL Insulflex, Inc., but I have over 2 years of hands-on experience that has equipped me with valuable knowledge and a deep understanding of our products and procedures. Although I am just beginning my sales career, I have a passion for learning, and I am very eager to grow my experience and develop my skills. With a positive attitude and determination, I am excited to embrace challenges and succeed. Outside of work, I enjoy camping in the summer, and hockey in the winter.
I have been selling Insulflex materials for more than 16 years now—I started as a distributor and, 9 years later, transitioned to my current role where I support ADL Insulflex, Inc.’s diverse distribution network in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. I enjoy working with our customers spread out in several continents, and it is truly inspiring for me to find technical and commercial solutions for our end users every day.
