Official Statement on Toxic Substances, REACH and RoHS Compliance, Conflict Mineral Compliance
and Bioaccumlative and Toxic (PBT) Chemicals.
All goods manufactured and sold by ADL Insulflex, Inc. are designed to be safe, non-toxic and non-harmful. We hereby confirm that our products are compliant with the European Restriction on Hazardous Substances (RoHS) act according to the latest version (RoHS 3) which took effect on July 22, 2019.
All goods manufactured and sold by us have SDS (Safety Data Sheets) according to the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals, to provide transparent information on the occupational safety and health for the use of various substances and products.
We further confirm that all goods manufactured and sold by us are compliant with the REACH 211 SVHC’s (Substances of Very High Concern) list according to the most recent ECHA (European Chemical Agency) agreement reached on January 19, 2021.
On January 6, 2021, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published final rules prohibiting the processing and distribution of five Persistent, Bio accumulative, and Toxic (PBT) chemicals:
- Decabromodiphenyl ether (DecaBDE)
- Phenol, isopropylated phosphate (3:1) (PIP (3:1))
- 2,4,6-tris(tert-butyl) phenol (2,4,6-TTBP)
- Hexachlorobutadiene (HCBD)
- Pentachlorothiophenol (PCT)
We are pleased to confirm that we are compliant with the EPA TSCA list established on Jan 6, 2021
And finally, we confirm that all goods manufactured by ADL INSULFLEX, INC. do not include any Conflict Minerals according to the Dodd Frank Act.
